Thank you for your time today. I truly appreciate your insight but especially today. Your perspective is always something that I look forward to getting. Thank you for helping me keep things in perspective and challenging me to see the big picture and to get better.
I want to thank you for taking the time in sharing your expertise and insight in an area of self-awareness. I have been to many leadership seminars during my career as a management consultant with Cap Gemini, KPMG, and IBM. I was very impressed in your take on the subject, especially the “Blind Spot”. It was the dinner topic discussion that evening. This was a most valuable workshop.
You may not remember me but I had the unique privilege of being amongst a select few that benefitted from your coaching and mentorship. I remember some profound thoughts you shared that resonate with me to this day. Remember, “Change the people or change the people”? 🙂 In any case, just wanted to connect and say thank you!
Trudy, you do a wonderful job coaching our employees and I continue to recommend you.
I got a lot of positive feedback from the group on your presentation. Thank you again for your flexibility, and your ability to use your radar to read the room.
You ended our retreat on a high note. Thank you again for sharing your wisdom with our board.
Your style of training focused on many core aspects that some of our internal trainers seem to miss. You helped us get down to the bare bones of customer service (personal) psychology. In other words how our behavior is in response to customer interaction. Then all the way to (customer) psychology and how what we internally say and do create reactions from the customer. You did it with class and style. I hope my daughter runs into a few (or more) positive female role models like yourself a long the way.
I would like to recommend Trudy to use in your Hospital. If you utilize Trudy’s service your leadership team will be more impressed with you, I promise you!! Our HCAHPS scores have improved because of her and you are going to see far more improvement that you can imagine.
Just wanted to say thank you again, you’ve made my day easier. I have a new confidence that all work together for my good. Thanks for being an ear and a shoulder and a voice of reason. This was a great help and means so much to me.
Trudy, once anyone feels your energy as a speaker, you can never be forgotten.
Wanted to say thank you for the very thoughtful conversation yesterday. You are a master. Always know the right things to say and when to say them. I have a lot to think about but you certainly hit on some low hanging fruit that I believe will help address collaboration and ability to influence very quickly.
You know I’m not just saying that it’s a pleasure sharing time with you. You know it when time seems to fly and you leave with the feeling that you wished there was more time.
Your presentation was concise, engaging, and fun!
I don’t think I have ever gained more value in a professional relationship in such a short period of time, as I have with you as my coach. Thank you.
You are truly one of the few genuine people that I have had the honor of knowing. I always loved how seriously you approached your work; while at the same never taking yourself too serious.
It was such a pleasure to meet you and to see you this week. I read your book and enjoyed it immensely. I started reading it the night you gave it to me and could not put it down. There are so many timeless and wise recommendations in it. I found myself re reading many parts of it throughout the week. I will endeavor to follow each principle.
“It was great meeting you and I enjoyed our chat tremendously. Your presentation was super. You are a very gifted and dynamic speaker and I thought you handled the audience beautifully.”
