I have been to many leadership seminars during my career as a management consultant with Cap Gemini, KPMG, and IBM. I was very impressed in your take on the subject, especially the “Blind Spot”. It was the dinner topic discussion that evening. This was a most valuable workshop.

You may not remember me but I had the unique privilege of being amongst a select few that benefitted from your coaching and mentorship. Your style of training focused on many core aspects that some of our internal trainers seem to miss. You helped us get down to the bare bones of customer service (personal) psychology. In other words how our behavior is in response to customer interaction. Then all the way to (customer) psychology and how what we internally say and do create reactions from the customer. You did it with class and style. I hope my daughter runs into a few (or more) positive female role models like yourself a long the way.
