As the President of Raven since opening in 1998, Trudy has worked with small and large non-profit organizations.  She applies her overall working knowledge of how private and publicly held businesses thrive to the world of fund raising.

Working with the Executive Directors, Board Members and Staff, her key areas of focus are:

• Annual retreats – Creating and delivering half and full day retreats based on specific outcomes
• Strategic planning – Assisting attendees in the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives
• Board utilization – Maximizing board members involvement to enhance overall contributions and effectiveness
• Meeting facilitation – Serving as a resource to keep meetings on track and focused on tangible results
• Key Note Speaker – Offering customized presentations based on individual nonprofit organizational needs
